Description

The AT24C04C provides 4,096 bits of Serial Electrically Erasable and Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM) organized as 512 words of 8 bits each. The device’s cascading feature allows up to four devices (AT24C04C) to share a common two-wire bus.

The AT24C04C/AT24C08C operates as a slave device and utilizes a simple I2C-compatible two-wire digital serial interface to communicate with a host controller, commonly referred to as the bus master.
