Description
The ACPL-247 is a DC-input quad-channel half-pitch phototransistor optocoupler that contains four light-emitting diodes optically coupled to four separate phototransistors. It is packaged in a 16-pin SO package. For this device, the input-output isolation voltage is rated at 3000VRMS. Response time, tr, is 2 μs typically, while minimum CTR is 100 percent at input current of 5 mA.
